There are several styles of front brakes.  This is a Jeep Liberty but the style of brakes is on many vehicles.  If your a do-it-yourselfer and want to save some money by doing you own front brakes, here’s how to do it.   Keep in mind, this is for a typical front pad replacement where no other problem is present.  There are some brake problems that new pad’s won’t fix.  If that’s the case, please take your vehicle to a professional shop rather than wasting time & money.
